Salary:

FNP $119,500 - $149,400 annually.

Physician $211,700- $275,200.00 annually.

Higher compensation may be available for a candidate with advanced skills directly related to the applied for role.

Physician - Nurse Practitioner:

Our Physicians - Nurse Practitioners have a passion for working with the underserved in our community and practicing wide scope family medicine with a multi-disciplinary approach.

Job Duties:

• Providing excellent primary care for every member of our community from newborns to seniors in an outpatient setting
• Being a part of a forward-thinking integrated care model with high collaboration and support between departments
• Empowering and advising a talented team of FNP’s, Nurses, MA’s, LVN’s and other support staff with medical services, protocols, standard procedures, and management of patient care related activities

PHYSICIAN MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Licensed California Physician; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Practice.
• Current BLS certificate required.

NP MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current CA Nurse Practitioner license.
• Current BLS certificate
