Salary:

$17.40 depending on experience!

The Dental Inventory & Supplies Coordinator works directly with and under general supervision of the RDA Supervisors in each clinic (Grass Valley and Auburn) to support the clinical staff in daily, weekly and monthly inventory and/or maintenance of the environment of care, including equipment, exam rooms, dental supplies, medications, patient education materials, support for meetings, and patient mass mailings.

Dental Inventory & Supplies Coordinator

  • Perform all controls and maintenance on lab equipment required to meet quality, licensing, accreditation, safety and infection control standards.
  • Take inventory, order and stock dental and lab supplies, and assist in maintaining dental operatory, the clinic supply room and laboratories in fully stocked condition.
  • Enter anesthetic lot numbers in eCW.
  • Take inventory, order and stock office supplies used in the Dental department.
  • Take inventory and assist in ordering medications stocked in the clinic.
  • Process all paperwork involved with ordering of all types of supplies.
Required Experience:


QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Must be able to travel to Auburn and Grass Valley campus location
  • Current and in good standing: CA Driver’s License, DMV printout and proof of auto insurance as required by CA state law.

PREFERRED QUALLIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous dental office experience

** Must have received or be willing to receive the COVID - 19 vaccine before date of hire to be considered for employment.
