Chaos Cylindo is looking for a motivated Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our global customer success team of exceptional professionals in Europe and in the United States. As a senior customer success manager, you will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, ensuring they get a world-class customer experience at Cylindo. You will be working in a highly collaborative and free environment in compliance with global standards.
Build and manage long-lasting, strategic customer relationships (account ownership)
Position yourself as a strategic partner, drive high-level conversations, inspire long-term decisions for the customer, prepare and run EBRs, identify and manage potential risks (e.g. churn), etc
Work with clients to scope and quote new projects, pricing guidance, create quotations/sales documents, signing
Identify account development potential/new sales opportunities and secure renewals
Link between the customer and Cylindo teams – project management, content creation, support, product, marketing etc. and serve as an escalation point of contact for the customer where needed
4 years of experience with sales / customer success / account management and experience working with enterprise level accounts
Understanding of SaaS and ability to communicate using technical language
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Leadership skills, action-driven, strategic
Ready to take responsibility, good judgement, proactive, creative
Capable of decision-making with or without support from the management team
Organisational and time management skills
You can communicate professionally in English
Team player, fast learner, ambitious to advance and grow, good listener, goal-driven
Pluses
Experience working with teams, clients or companies from the visualization, retail or ecommerce industry
Experience working with SaaS companies
Understanding of the global e-commerce / visualisation market
Professional proficiency in Spanish, German, Danish, or Italian is a plus
