Channel Personnel Services is Hiring a Reliability Engineer Near Modesto, CA

In this role, you will lead reliability improvement efforts. Reporting to the process improvement manager, you will be responsible for identifying, managing, and executing process improvement opportunities while supporting continuous improvement goals in safety, quality, cost, and customer service.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

Ø Provide technical expertise and process proficiency for owned area(s).

Ø Lead system improvement initiatives utilizing state of the art techniques including real-time tomography and line event data systems.

Ø Develop and implement solutions to systemic or chronic problems.

Ø Drive processes and determine root causes by executing action plans.

Ø Partner with training teams to improve methodologies and tools.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

v BS degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Chemical) or BS degree in food science

v 1 yrs. of experience in production, maintenance, CI, or reliability management in the manufacturing industry.

v Strong financial acumen.

v Experience in a manufacturing environment.

v Familiarity with Statistical Analysis, RCA and process improvement methodologies including , Lean and TPM.
