Channel Personnel Services is Hiring a Project Engineer Near Florence, AL

Ø Lead and manage engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all aspects of the project are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Ø Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules, and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
Ø Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that project objectives are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
Ø Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure safe and compliant project execution.
Ø Lead and support CAPEX projects by developing project proposals, evaluating equipment specifications, and managing project budgets.
Ø Develop and maintain strong relationships with equipment vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Ø Provide technical guidance to project teams, ensuring that all designs and installations comply with regulatory and industry standards.
Ø Ensure that all project documentation, including engineering drawings, specifications, and test procedures, are accurate and up-to-date.
REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS
v Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
v Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project engineering, with a focus on engineering and CAPEX projects.
v Strong project management skills, with experience in managing large-scale projects.
v Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
v Strong technical skills in engineering, including equipment design and installation.
v Experience in managing budgets and timelines for engineering projects.
v Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
v Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
v Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
