This full time upper level management position is responsible for the program administration of the adult rehabilitation and residential rehabilitation programs. Essential job functions include supervision, direction, and training of service area coordinators, marketing of services, and collaboration with community partners. In addition, this position will work with the director team in implementing the goals and following through with the accreditation standards and regulations for the agency. The position will have oversight of the financial guidelines and service outcomes.

The position is located in Caroline County, but will need at times, to travel to other program sites in Talbot and Dorchester Counties.

The applicant must demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills with clients, their families, internal and external staff. The applicant must have proficient written and verbal communication skills.
