The role of the Dispatcher is to support locations in our company. We are looking for a talented Customer Service Dispatcher. The ideal candidate must be primarily an excellent communicator and able to remain calm and composed, especially in emergency situations. You must be able to multi-task as well as take the appropriate action with little supervision.

Job Duties:

• Attend meetings and continued education
• Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
• Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Make travel arrangements for technicians
• Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
• Review invoices or workorders and provide assistance in bookkeeping
• Monitor workorders and negotiate terms with vendors to ensure the most cost-effective orders
• Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
• Conduct research and present quotes as assigned
