Channel Control Merchants is Hiring a Contract Administrator Near Hattiesburg, MS

Description

  • Business licenses; track all licenses and renewals. Apply for licenses at new locations, research what licenses will be necessary to do business at new locations.
  • Monthly Sales Reports, Annual Sales Reports, Percentage Rents, and Reporting.
  • Rent Approvals monthly- coordinate credits/debits from repairs with Lease Admin I and Landlord/Property Manager.
  • Annual Reconciliations of rents – keep up with balance paid and credit taken.
  • Set up and maintain pass through worksheets for Common Area Maintenance, Real Estate Taxes, and Insurance.
  • Work with Property Manager to research and evaluate outstanding issues related to tenant accounts, including Common Area Maintenance expenses and budget analysis.
  • Calculate percentage rent charges for locations where appropriate.
  • Produce reports as required. (Monthly Sales Reports, Annual Sales reports, Data Validation, etc.)
  • Track location and disposition of leased equipment in the property management software.
  • Track renewals of leased equipment, report to leadership.
  • Sets up and maintains all leases in property management software.
  • Abstract all new leases and amendments, complete abstract package for review.
  • Responsible for maintaining data in database, abstraction of leased and owned property data, providing quality assurance for data abstracted and entered into database.
  • Interpreting leases and language then entering into system and handling reporting.
  • Review leases and abstracted information to provide requested information.
  • Maintain hard copy and digital files of leases, business licenses and all critical documents.

  • Strong proficiency with MS office Suite (MS word, Excel and Power Point), Accounting Experience, Self-motivation and Initiative, Comprehensive Skills, Excellent follow-through habits

Work Hours and Benefits:

  • Full Time position located in Hattiesburg MS
