Changing Seasons LLC is Hiring a Landscape Foreman Near Pocatello, ID

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Foreman to join our team. Responsibilities include supervising and leading a crews in various landscaping projects from conception to completion. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership skills and expertise in landscape irrigation and landscape construction.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a crew of landscapers in daily tasks and projects.
- Plan and execute landscape installations, including but not limited to excavation, grading irrigation system installation, flower bed installation, plantings, sodding, block retaining wall installation and paver installation.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and ensure customer satisfaction
- Train new crew members on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor and record daily activities for billing purposes.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations

Qualifications:
-3 years experience in landscape construction.
- Strong knowledge of landscaping, especially: Irrigation system installation, troubleshooting and repair. Hardscape installation including: block retaining walls and pavers.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and crew members.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
- Valid driver's license.
