BIG PICTURE:

We are seeking a creative YouTube Reversioning Producer to join our Social Distribution team. This role involves reimagining and repurposing our extensive library of YouTube videos to create new channels and fresh content. Leveraging your deep understanding of YouTube's ecosystem, you will craft strategies that enhance our presence, engage our audience in new ways, and drive significant growth in views and revenue.

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy for repurposed content on new and existing YouTube channels.
• Creatively reuse and adapt our video library content to form compelling new formats that attract and retain viewers.
• Collaborate closely with original content teams to ensure a consistent and strategic flow of video content suitable for reversioning.
• Provide creative direction on video edits, titles, thumbnails, and descriptions to optimize viewer engagement and channel performance.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify successful content strategies and areas for improvement.
• Manage the operational aspects of channel content scheduling, posting, and optimization to maximize reach and impact.
• Engage with the YouTube community, responding to comments and fostering a positive viewer experience.
• Keep abreast of the latest YouTube trends, technologies, and best practices to continually refine our content strategy.

WHAT YOU HAVE:

• 3 years experience in reversioning and editing library content
• Strong understanding of YouTube's algorithms, advertising tools, and analytics.
• Ability to interpret analytics and translate insights into actionable content strategies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively 
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content creation
• Experience with video editing and optimization

 WHO OVERSEES YOU:

The YouTube Reversioning Producer will report directly to the Senior Manager of Social

WHERE IT ALL GOES DOWN:

This is remote work from home

WHEN THE MAGIC HAPPENS:

The typical work schedule is 40 hours a week, specific times will be discussed during the interview
