BIG PICTURE:

We are searching for a professional Operations Associate to help us maintain the presentability of our buildings, security, and safety of our guests/staff, while promoting a pleasant and productive environment. This includes, but not limited to working closely with on-site security, checking on employees/guests, assisting them with any questions or concerns, identifying potential security risks, and assisting varying departments with requests. The ideal candidate will have amazing communication skills, strong understanding of a fast-paced workplace, and strive for an impeccable experience. Ultimately, the Operations Associate will be a highly dependable and trustworthy individual, who will uphold the communications for our studios and personnel. 

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME:

• Assisting the front desk/receptionist with package distribution/consolidation, mail delivery, and addressing any queries that come through the front desk
• Assisting with maintaining the aesthetics/appearance of all company property
• Completing company errands as needed for last minute items 
• Greeting and directing guests and/or team members ensuring all are properly checked in while enforcing COVID-19 procedures and policies
• Addressing guests queries' (e.g. concerns, comments, suggestions)
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the office/production set's and vehicles
• Notifying Facilities Manager when a building/task needs major repair and or attention
• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for visitors and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises 
• Completing inventory of all supplies and maintaining office equipment management and distributing necessary supplies
• Maintaining composure in dealing with authorities, executives, clients, staff and the public, occasionally under conditions of urgency and in pressure situation
• Ensuring guest compliance with studio rules, policies and procedures
• Working closely with on-site security personnel regarding talent arrivals/departures, reporting situations on a timely basis, maintaining patrols of perimeters, walkthroughs of all common areas, enforcing parking/actors protocols & procedures

WHAT YOU HAVE:

• 2 years of experience in an Operations or similar role 
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures 
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Must have valid driver’s license
• Accustomed to operating in dynamic and high paced situations
• Ability to assess situations and find relative solutions in a timely manner
• Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills - professional and positive communication style
• Great customer service skills; “front desk” qualities

WHO OVERSEES YOU:

The Operations Associate will report directly to the Operations Manager

WHO YOU OVERSEE:

Currently, the Operations Associate has no personnel reporting directly to him or her

WHERE IT ALL GOES DOWN:

All the action takes place at our BRAND NEW studio in Burbank, CA

WHEN THE MAGIC HAPPENS:

This is a full time role in the afternoon/evening hours. Schedule will be discussed during interview
