BIG PICTURE:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Facebook Performance Lead to join our Social Distribution team and lead our growth initiatives on Facebook. You are immersed in the Facebook ecosystem and leverage data, creative experience and business savvy to ensure the success of our content on Facebook. You will partner with the creative teams to help support the development of content that will overperform on Facebook. And, you will curate and optimize our content for publication on Facebook, creating new formats and new channels with our hundreds of hours of content. This role is at the heart of all the challenges and opportunities implied by growth hacking on Facebook, with a project management component. Success will be measured by increasing the scale and scope of our channels, views, audiences and revenues.

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME:

• You will develop, communicate and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for Dhar Mann Studios and its properties on Facebook
• You will develop and implement a clear Audience Development strategy for our Facebook channels
• Liaise with the original content teams to ensure a successful pipeline of content that will succeed on Facebook
• You will provide creative direction, guidance / best practices and monitor the creation of optimized videos, titles, thumbnails and descriptions - both for original content and reuse of the library
• Analyze performance data to understand the efficacy of content types and strategies, making data-driven decisions to optimize future content.
• Collaborate with the production team to adapt existing video content and create platform-specific edits from the library
• You will manage and optimize channel operational process to boost performance and cost effectiveness. Manage the scheduling and posting of content to maintain a consistent and timely presence on the platform
• Engage with our community by responding to comments and messages, fostering a positive and interactive environment
• Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices on Facebook, incorporating these into our content strategy

WHAT YOU HAVE:

• 3 years experience in content management or digital marketing, specifically with Facebook
• Experience in managing social media accounts with a large following
• Strong understanding of Facebook's algorithms, advertising tools, and analytics.
• Ability to interpret analytics and translate insights into actionable content strategies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively 
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content creation
• Experience with video editing and optimization

The Facebook Performance Lead will report directly to the Senior Manager of Social

This is remote work from home

WHEN THE MAGIC HAPPENS:

The typical work schedule is 40 hours a week, specific times will be discussed during the interview
