Job duties include but not limited to greeting and seating patients, taking diagnostic x-rays, taking impressions/digital scans, setting up and breaking down rooms, treatment planning and charting existing treatment, detailed clinical notes, and patient hand-off's to the Front Desk. Dental Assistants should also be able to fabricate temporaries, take impressions, place topical, stock rooms, write lab slips, and be able to assist the dentist during all procedures. Experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
This position will be cross trained with front desk duties as well which include but not limited to checking in/out patients, answering phone calls, submitting dental claims and verifying insurance and reviewing treatment plans.
