About the role:
The Office Assistant to assist the Boutique Management team and to oversee the incoming calls for the boutique. The Office Assistant enables associates and the boutique to maximize client facing time and can support a variety of areas of the boutique as needed.

  • Process incoming telephone calls in a timely, professional manner
  • Contact vendors for clients
  • Weekly and monthly updates
  • Track attendance for team
  • Ad Hoc reports
  • Provide daily scheduling support
  • Maintain office and boutique supply levels
  • Track and file boutique expenses
  • Assist with bi-annual uniform order and implementation

Position Logistics:
  • Minimum 1 year of related experience
  • Minimum High School diploma
  • Ability to lift 15 lbs.
  • A flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays
  • Heart of House: Requires in-store presence to facilitate the opening and closing of the boutique; the receiving of inventory; shipping of product to support sales to ensure optimal client service.

Compensation:
  • The anticipated base salary range for this position is $23.60 through $28.00. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay [may/will] be offered for this position. Other components [may/will] include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
