Part time Security and Maintenance Person

IMPORTANT: Security/Maintenance person's shift is from 7:45am to 4:45pm on Mondays and Fridays (2 days a week)

1. Make sure inside and front of building is free of any safety hazards including people and objects that are not supposed to be there.

2. Make rounds on a regular basis to make sure the building is clear of any unauthorized people.

3. Maintain a presence by proactively being seen in areas that could be security breaches.

4. Log specific entries into appropriate formats through out the day. Always to be done before you leave before the end of the day.

5. Unload and stack office and cleaning supplies. Must be able to lift 50lbs.

6. Must be in uniform at all times. This include a face mask.

7. Cleaning through out the building during the day which includes keeping the bathrooms in order. Stocking toilet papers, paper towels and hand soap. Also organizing and cleaning conference rooms after they've been used. i.e. wiping tables and making sure the areas is ready for the next meeting.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
