Champions Sports Academy Rochester and LPG -Learn Play Grow sports has immediate openings for energetic coaches to fill part time positions teaching sports classes and instructional leagues for children ages 2 to 7 . Ideal candidates will have proven experience leading and motivating young children and will have a mix of playing and / or coaching experience in sports, with experience in baseball / softball soccer, and or basketball . All candidates must have great energy and enthusiasm and have a talent for engaging young children.
The hours for the position will be a set schedule representing a mix of weekday mornings and / or afternoons and Saturday mornings with the exact schedule and number of hours to depend on the candidate's experience and availability. Ideally the position will be 8-16 hours per week to start with growth opportunities. Strong preference will be given to candidates who are available to work weekends and we will consider candidates to who can work weekends only.

Our current locations include Rochester, and Stewartville and looking to open classes soon in Kasson and Owatonna. Compensation for the positions will range between $22 and $25 to start per hr/class depending on the experience of the candidate and paid training. This job has the potential to offer increased hours and responsibility for an employee who shows they can produce results.

Job Requirements:
- Be enthusiastic and high energy in working with children.
- Make kids smile and laugh by being silly, active and engaging.
- Teach fundamental sports skills to young children, following lesson plans and teaching methods provided by us.
- Be able to commit to a set schedule for at least three months; preferably longer.
- Must currently live in the Rochester area.

LPG Sports Academy is a nationally franchised sports business headquartered in Franklin, Tennessee, offering soccer, baseball / softball, basketball, hockey and multi-sport programs for children aged 20 months — 10 years.
