Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support students in completing homework assignments.
• Plan and facilitate age-appropriate educational activities and games.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
• Encourage and assist students in developing essential study skills.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding students' progress.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom.

Qualifications:

• A passion for working with children and helping them succeed.
• Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, or childcare with large enrollments is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and the ability to create a supportive learning environment.
• Basic knowledge of child development and educational best practices.
• Ability to pass background checks and meet all state licensing requirements.
