- Personal Responsibilities
- Works in conjunction with Organization Manager, Project Manager, and Office Administrator for project implementation.
- Develop project execution strategy plans.
- Configure applications and tools related to business system.
- Development of project reports and analytics using BI tools and business system software.
- Development of workflows, reports and analytics related to projects.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives of Project Administration and Management.
- Contribute to developing organization standards regarding project implementation processes.
- Track, forecast and report on project progress including metrics and challenges.
- Verify data and information and analyze it to suit the direction of a project.
- Research and analyze the process of creation of purchase orders and approval process.
- Research and analyze the process of maintaining project details in the business system.
- Contribute to various project administrative tasks.
