Reviews remittance notices monthly to ensure customer payment of services.

Administrative Functions
Completes payroll activities timely and accurately. Maintains accurate logs of vacation balances, licensure expiration dates etc. Ensures that end of month logs are accurate and submitted timely to facility bookkeepers and supervisor for billing. Forms are ordered as needed as well as nametags etc.
Clinical Performance
Ensures that employees have access to clinical help as needed. Routinely monitors QI reports. Completes routine QA audits on charts for completeness and accuracy. Ensures that assistants have supervision as needed and required by law.
Problem Solving and Initiative
Keeps manager informed timely of pertinent issues. Puts action plans into place to correct problems and better yet intervenes early to avoid problems. Demonstrates ability to independently problem solve and initiative to take action. Follows through with plans and recommendations. Prioritizes issues accurately. Gives and receives feedback positively. Demonstrates flexibility. Demonstrates understanding of “big picture” instead of always task focused, and passes this vision along to team. Stays on top of issues and brings them to resolution.
