Job Description:As a field Supervisor you will be responsible for executing the scope of work for our customer. From a new store opening, relocation, or remodel; it is our job to ensure that the job is completed safely and timely. At Champion Installs we are committed to delivering the highest quality of service to our customers with the proof in the results. Our teams travel the country winning each project that we take on.
Responsibilities:Correctly and efficiently execute planograms, schematics, and visual aides.
Set up and tear down shelving, racking and various store fixtures (Gondola).
Unloading merchandise and fixtures from trucks.
Be able to merchandise based on planograms and customer demand.
Work effectively and diligently in a team environment.
Deliver excellent customer service to all vendors and on site supervisors.
Report directly to and assist the On Site Supervisor.
Keep a clean, safe work environment.
Maintain a fun, productive attitude.
Requirements:Possess a valid current Driver’s License (Employment is contingent on conducting a background check with a motor vehicle report. Any suspended license or DUI/DWI within the last 24 months will result in immediate disqualification)Have reliable transportation
Be able to rent and drive a rental vehicle without added cost
Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50lbs
Stand for long periods of time
Work in all extreme weather conditions
2 years in leadership/supervisory role with a team size of 10
2 years Experience in Fixture Installation
2 years Experience in Merchandising
2 years Experience in New store Set Up
