Summary: Supporting construction management in the field to enable efficient production by performing the following duties. This is a remote role, dealing in multistate operations. While this role is remote, strong preference is given to applicants residing in the St. Cloud, FL and surrounding area.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

• Assist with Payroll process as needed
• Assist with internal Credit Card process as needed
• Assist with Employee Paperwork and ensuring HR has necessary documentation
• Coordinate with team members to monitor invoices and other expenses
• Coordinate with Strategic Planning on projects, efficiencies, suggestions & input
• Assist Project Managers with tasks as needed
• Handle permit services and support independently
• Other projects as assigned

Education and/or Experience
High school student or graduate (or equivalent - GED); 0-2 years related experience and/or training
Competencies:

• Ability to handle backup for multiple projects in multiple states
• Able to effectively communicate and work closely with diverse groups
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and able to prioritize
• Reliable - must be punctual
• Basic skills of entire Microsoft Office suite (i.e. Excel, Word, etc)
• Focused on business processes and ability to provide input on policies and procedures from the employees' perspective with avenues of improvement
