North Ridge Health and Rehabilitation Center is currently interviewing for an RN Nurse Manager. This position will provide leadership, direction, and oversight to their assigned unit.
RN Unit Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with patient’s examinations and/or questions.
Implement and interpret organizational policies and procedures, and nursing standards and regulations.
Assists with preparing the departmental fiscal budget.
Requirements:
Must have strong management skills
Must have prior nurse management experience
Must have RN license
Must have Long Term Care experience
