NU-ROC Health and Rehabilitation is looking for a highly motivated, compassionate and energetic candidate for a fulltime position for an RN Unit Manager/ Wound Nurse in Laona WI.

The RN Unit Manager/ Wound Nurse works directly with the Director of Nursing to assist with management of the Department of Nursing, evaluating staff, maintaining and updating audits, compliance and legal documentation of patient and staff data. By supervising nursing staff and confirming compliance within the department, the RN Unit Manager/ Wound Nurse will ensure top delivery of care and services according to each resident's comprehensive assessment and care plan.

Education Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Wisconsin
• RN Unit Manager/ Wound Nurse or extensive RN supervisor experience in an SNF setting

We're seeking for a driven leader to join our Nursing team to work alongside our phenomenal Director of Nursing in leading the clinical team to success.

As the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) you have the ability to positively impact the lives and overall health of the residents by overseeing the day to day patient care, supervising, directing and developing the nursing staff and working with the Director of Nursing to ensure quality patient care within the facility. This is done with federal and state regulatory compliance while following policies and procedures. The Assistant Director of Nursing will lead the Infection Control team. This position is the point person and liaison between the residents and families while providing excellent follow up and customer service.
