Admissions Director
Work in skilled nursing admissions outside of the nursing facility. We are currently interviewing for an Admissions Director for our centralized admissions hub office, located in Muskego, WI. This is one of four Admissions Directors who service the Champion Care facilities throughout the States of WI, TN, and NJ.
The Admissions Director assists in facilitating and overseeing the admissions process of new patients, from reviewing referrals to coordinating with the hospital discharge planners and the families ensuring a smooth arrival, welcome, and transition to the facility.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Requirement for the Admissions Director:
• A minimum of 1-2 years’ nursing home experience preferred
• A minimum of 1-2 years' admissions or marketing experience preferred
• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding organizational skills
