JOB DESCRIPTION

Champion Auto Body is seeking an Experienced Receptionist to join our team. We are a well established, family oriented business specializing in quality repairs and customer service. Our receptionists hold a very important role and are responsible for guiding customers seamlessly from start to finish throughout the repair process.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

- Reliability, Reliabiltiy, Reliability!!!!

- Must be able to work Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00 NO WEEKENDS!!!!!

- Prior collision receptionist experience desired

- Knowledge in CCC ONE Estimating a huge plus

- Strong computer, communication and scheduling skills

- Working with Insurance Companies including Supplemental paperwork

- Organized, efficient with excellant problem solving skills and much attention to detail

- Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding repair progress

- Ability to take direction and follow through on assignments

DUTIES

- Assist checking in and greeting customers

- Answering multi phone lines and taking detailed messages

- Apply vehicle registrations into our CCC Estimating program

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach

- Schedule repairs

-Confirm appointments

- Document all customer's requests to ensure they are followed up on

- Udate customers on repair progress

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
