Qualifications
Compensation
The hourly wage for this position is determined based on the Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Champaign Educational Support Professionals, which is available on our website.
100% of an employee's contributions to IMRF are currently paid by the Board of Education. The Board also pays 100% of employee-only health and term life insurance.
There is a minimal employee cost for vision insurance. Dental is also available at competitive rates to interested employees.
There are opportunities for employees to earn additional compensation during the regular school year and in the summer.

Important Notes
Cross Categorical Special Education services are typically provided to students with a variety of needs. Students receiving these services typically do not require personal hygiene or bathroom assistance.
