The Position:
Chameleon Integrated Services is currently looking for IT Systems Analyst IIto support one of our federal clients at Lackland AFB.
This position requires a Top-secret security clearance.
Overview:
In support of Network/Cyberspace Operations mission, reviews Operating Procedures across the enterprise. Researches, analyzes, and designs information systems to meet the needs of an organization that will integrate with existing and future systems.
Responsibilities:

• Consult with users to identify current operating procedures, problems, and requirements.
• Design models and utilize analysis and solution development methods, including process maps, flow charts, and diagrams. Scopes project costs and timelines.
• Document installation, maintenance, and operating procedures.
• May create coding and logic specifications for developers
• Facilitate 690 COG interactions with base communications units. This task includes:
  • Develop, update, and maintain 690 COG SOPs for interfacing with base communication units
  • Gather information from base communication units on the effectiveness of SOPs and incorporate recommended changes into draft SOP updates/revisions for Government approval
  • Review all 690 COG SOPs dealing with base communication units at least quarterly
• Develop, review, and revise job guidance. This task includes:
  • Develop new and review existing job guidance (e.g., LJGs, SOPs, TO Supplements, AFI Supplements, etc.)
  • Gather information from AFIN operators on the effectiveness of guidance
  • Provide draft revisions to incorporate job guidance improvements.
  • Providing an assessment of the efficacy of all current job guidance and recommending a schedule to remedy any deficiencies.
  • Update job guidance according to approved remediation schedules

Education & Experience:

• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and 2 - 4 years of related experience.

Certs Preferred

• ITIL v4 Foundation
