Summary

The Client Relationship Analyst will support a healthcare program by gathering data and conducting research on the inventory side as well as provide client support for their questions and concerns on the client relationship end. You will work one of these two roles.

What You Will Be Accountable For

• As Client Relationship Analyst, speak with clients and answer or get answers to their issues and questions
• Formulate mathematical or simulation models of problems, relating constants and variables, restrictions, alternatives, conflicting objectives and their numerical parameters
• Analyze information obtained from management to conceptualize and define operational problems
• Perform validation and testing of models to ensure adequacy and reformulate models as necessary
• Define data requirements and gather and validate information, applying judgment and statistical tests

What Qualifications You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytical field of study
• 2 years of experience
• Analytical and Client Relationship job experience
• Excel proficiency
• Analytical skills
• Communication Skills
