Job Title: Business Analyst – e-Commerce/Omni-Channel Retail Project
Location: Open to Remote, onsite 1 full week every 3 months in Chicago, IL
Duration & Type: Initial 3-Month Contract with possible extensions

Chamberlain Advisors is currently seeking a Business Analyst for our direct client in the healthcare and retail pharmacy industry. This is an initial 3-month contract with possible extensions. What You Will Be Accountable For

• Working very closely with Agile team including daily Scrum meetings
• Backlog grooming discussions
• User story preparation/writing
• Working with Product Manager to translate requirements into stories for Engineering teams

What Qualifications You Need

• 3-5 years of analytical experience within e-commerce and/or omni-channel retail
• Bachelor’s degree required; Agile/Scrum certifications nice to have; Agile coursework ideal
• Experience in Agile settings required, especially in a mix of onshore/offshore teams
• ADO experience ideal, Jira acceptable in place of ADO
• Experience writing user stories
• Proactive, strong and clear communicator, detail oriented
• Can provide status updates regularly in a timely, concise manner; can escalate issues appropriately
