Position Summary:
The Manufacturing Quality Manager is responsible for acting as an extension of the Plant Quality Manager, assisting with day to day activity, standardizing the corrective action process between plants and working in the best interest of Challenge Manufacturing Company to support a World Class Quality culture. Up to 60% overnight travel required
Requirements:
- Minimum of five years' OEM Quality Management experience required
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Technical or automotive background is a strong plus
- Must be physically capable of performing the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
