Chalfant Manufacturing Company (www.chalfant-obo.com) has been in business for over 75 years making and designing quality cable trays for electrical wiring. We are a subsidiary of OBO-Bettermann (www.obo.global) that has over 4000 employees and operates in over 60 countries. We are growing and looking for a talented Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Marketing Specialist, you support the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote Chalfant's cable management solutions to electrical contractors and engineers.

In this position, your primary responsibilities will include supporting product marketing, implementing targeted marketing campaigns to drive awareness, generate leads, and support the sales team.

• Should be well versed with digital marketing tools and platforms-- Hootsuite, Mailchimp and Buffer
• Familiar with content creation and graphic design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva, for creating visually appealing marketing materials.
• Knowledge and understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) SEM (Search Engine Marketing) techniques are crucial. This includes keyword research, understanding Google algorithms, and utilizing organic and paid methods for improving web visibility.
• Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management.
• Should be well-versed with digital marketing tools and platforms like Hootsuite, MailChimp, and Buffer.
• Knowledge and understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) techniques are crucial. This includes keyword research, understanding Google algorithms, and utilizing organic and paid methods for improving web visibility.
• Understanding of various social media platforms and how to leverage their features for marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in using Google Analytics is key. This includes the ability to setup and track metrics, create and review reports, and understand website traffic patterns to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.·
• Develop product training materials, including presentations, guides, and technical documentation, tailored to electrical contractors and engineers.
• Develop and maintain detailed specification sheets, technical documents and installation guides to provide product information to electrical contractors and engineers.
• Coordinate and participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and events, representing Chalfant.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, electrical engineering, or a related field or applicable work experience.

Minimum of three years' experience in product marketing, preferably within the electrical industry, construction industry, or a related B2B environment.

Detail-oriented with strong organization and project management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
