JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Site Manager
Reports To: SVP
FLSA Status: Exempt
Employment Status: Full-time
Position Summary:
The Site Manager acts as a leader, ensuring that the organization and employees carry out the vision and culture of Chai Urgent Care. The Site Manager sets the tone for site operation and follow proper operational standard procedures to create a workplace of efficiency and best practice to ensure a positive patient experience, financial strength, and best clinical quality. The Site Manager accomplishes this through a respectful, constructive and energetic style, guided by the objectives and vision of the organization.
Essential Responsibilities and Requirements:
● Responsible for leading the operations of the assigned region/sites to support the operations and growth of the company
● Partner and continuously work alongside the CEO, SVP and other site leaders to develop successful workflow, policies and procedures that align, with a focus on how to create best urgent care standards for all locations
● Establish high standards and plan for achieving and surpassing patient satisfaction, physician satisfaction and profitability
● Collaborate with other site managers and clinical leaders to develop and implement cohesive plans and procedures for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the growth objectives of our organization
● Motivate, lead, and build a high-performance local team that most closely align with finance objectives and vision of the company
● Set clear, attainable goals for yourself and local team to measure the effectiveness of those goals and results
● Provide consistent and open communication regarding the operating climate of the local teams
● Drive a positive work environment that cultivates and encourages employees continued professional growth and satisfaction with the company
● Lead local operation to ensure daily business tasks (cash collection/reconciliation, eligibility, provider productivity, locking encounter, returning patient phone calls, reviewing lab results, handling patient complaints, new staff orientation, and annual evaluation, etc.)
● Special projects and other duties may be assigned as needed.
● W2W, TCP and Viventium must be updated for all site staff.

Desired Experience/Desired Education/Other:
● Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; Masters (MBA) preferred
● At least 5 years of strong operational experience, specifically in multi-site healthcare practice
● Skilled in organizational development, personnel management
● Possess personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to corporate mission
● Flexible and able to multitask.
● Proven track record, preferably within the healthcare industry with a multi-site structure
