Chaffin Luhana LLP is Hiring a Client Success Specialist Near Pittsburgh, PA

The Client Success Specialist is responsible for ensuring specific functions within the client success team are done timely. He/She will be assisting in a variety of roles and their efforts will impact the success of the overall client journey.

Responsibilities:

Marketing/Swag Kits

  • Assemble, package and ship Client Kits, New Hire Kits, and B2B nurturing gifts.
  • Assist with proposals for new swag items and continually research vendor options for competitor pricing.
  • Maintain and update records in case management system.
  • Assist with tracking budget on Swag

Client Experience:

  • Assist with client reach out on feedback related to various efforts of the client journey (NPS/Kits/Reviews/Referrals)
  • Assist Client Success Manager with Team morale gifts and recognition.
  • Assist with monitoring, tracking and respond to Client Reviews
  • Assist with expense allocations
  • Assist with proposals for new swag items and continually research vendor options for competitor pricing.
  • Maintain and update records in case management system.
  • Assist with tracking budget on Swag

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills; moderate-advanced level Microsoft Suite
  • Proficient in using computer systems for data entry, communication, and record-keeping.
  • Detail-oriented with high levels of accuracy.
  • A positive and customer-focused attitude, with a commitment to providing outstanding service
  • Previous Customer Service-related roles involving direct contact with customers/clients.
  • Comfortability with general technology (computers, scanners, printers, etc.)
  • Have a fast-paced work ethic that empowers you to meet tight deadlines (24 hours deadline with a to-do list a mile long? No problem)
  • Willingness to learn new things in an ever-changing environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
