Requirements for Nurses:

• Possess a current RN or LPN license

• At least 18 years old

• High school diploma/GED

• Authorized to work in the US

LPN/ RN Treatment Nurse Job Description:

1. Confers with the Care Planning Team in the development of the Care Plan.

2. Provides and documents treatment for skin disorders within established wound

   care protocol and monitors ongoing skin and wound treatments.

3. Monitors the use of preventive measures such as inspection, turning and

   positioning.

4. Assists in modifying the treatment regimen to meet the needs of the resident in

   accordance with established medical practices, the regulatory guidelines and the

   policies and goals of this Facility.

5. Provides information to resident and caregivers on prevention techniques and

   other ways to maintain or improve the general health and psycho social status of

   the resident.
