Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Lead Dispatcher. As the Lead Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing the day to day calls. This position requires strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule hauls
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery
- Utilize GPS and other tracking tools to monitor driver locations and provide real-time updates
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during transportation
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
- Collaborate with the operations manager to ensure a smooth day to day operation
- Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and safety standards

Experience:
- Previous experience in dispatching or logistics is preferred
- Familiarity with towbook, fsl, and cma preferred
- Proficient in using GPS and phone systems for communication and tracking purposes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to address any issues that may arise during transportation
- Attention to detail for accurate data entry and record keeping

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
