Overview:
The Chabot College Performing Arts Complex is excited to announce that we are seeking a temporary part-time Audience Services Technician to handle all of our Front of House needs!
Under the direction of the Theatre Manager of the Chabot College Performing Arts Complex (PAC), the Audience Services Technician will provide advance front of house management and frontline event house management support for performances at all the Performing Arts Complex facilities.
This position will engage with both academic programs and community rental clients. This work will include: serving as the primary Front of House contact for clients, assisting in advance Front of House planning and scheduling (Ticketing, Marketing & House Management), scheduling and leadership to PAC student workers as well as volunteers.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in House Management, Ticketing Management and Marketing is preferred
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles is a plus
- Experience working for a Theatre or Performing Arts Center is a plus
