Job Title: Aladdin Engineer
Location: New York, NY

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, implement, test, and maintain technology solutions supporting the growth of our asset management business. This role will focus on Front Office, Middle Office, Risk analytics, and Performance attributions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in capital market front office or middle office technologies and a deep understanding of investment management platforms, particularly Aladdin.

Key Responsibilities:
User Requirements: Lead the collection and documentation of user requirements.
Solution Development: Analyze, design, and develop solutions for major components and features.
Testing: Design test cases, execute manual and automated testing, and document test results.
Code Quality: Ensure secure, high-quality code across the team.
Stakeholder Engagement: Interface with key stakeholders and business leaders.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams for delivery.
Peer Reviews: Conduct peer reviews of product designs and related code, ensuring adherence to best practice guidelines.
System Interfaces: Develop interfaces with other systems, including internal and external checks, controls, and outputs.
Agile and CI/CD: Implement Agile SDLC and CI/CD best practices.

Required Experience and Key Competencies:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
Professional Experience: Over 10 years of relevant work experience in investment management technologies.
Platform Expertise: At least 3 years of experience with BRS Aladdin. Experience with other platforms like Charles River and Alluve Everest is a plus.
Technical Proficiency:
Agile Delivery Model, DevSecOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
Test automation technologies.
Python and Snowflake.
.Net suites and various database technologies.
Visualization tools such as PowerBI.
