Rejuve Manager Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Rejuve/Hair Salon Manager to oversee the operations of our 2 "Rejuve by Cha Rejuve" (scalp/hair/beauty locations in the Santa Monica & Brentwood, LA areas. The Rejuve Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects specifically of the new Rejuve treatment (Hair & Scalp Therapy) only. This has been made a hugely viral hit by Kim Kardashian.

Responsibility Context:

Direct - staff supervision, team-building, policy compliance, customer service, customer satisfaction, marketing input and administrative tasks. Ensuring that all the parts are operating as an integrated system to yield the best customer experience, memberships, brand loyalty and sales numbers according to shared business plans. Don't worry, there is a motivated sales and technical staff under the manager who are equally motivated. Team-spirit!

Indirect - interface as needed and during regularly-scheduled senior leadership calls with team of on-site and off-site team professionals: owner-CEO, dermatologist, attorney-strategist, social media team, technology lead and direct reports who always should always be given time to express their opinions.

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the 2 Rejuve locations

- Supervise and train Rejuve staff, including cosmetologists, estheticians, sreceptionists

- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones

- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings

- Purchase inventory and supplies from maintenance to high-end Rejuve products associated with Rejuve services (shampoos, conditioners, hair masks, hair serums, aromatherapy)

- Consulting with ownership recruit, interview, and hire new Rejuve staff as needed. Undertake disciplinary actions in compliance with the Employee Handbook and Policy Manual

- Create work schedules for Rejuve employees to ensure adequate coverage

- Monitor financial performance of the Rejuve and implement strategies to increase revenue

- Perform administrative tasks such as payroll processing, budgeting, and reporting

Skills:

- Excellent time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- Strong market knowledge to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

- Ability to purchase inventory based on customer demand and budget constraints

- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring qualified Rejuve staff

- Proficiency in math for financial analysis and budgeting purposes

- Exceptional leadership skills to motivate and inspire Rejuve employees

- Administrative skills for managing paperwork, payroll, and reporting requirements

- Previous experience in retail (spa, salon, fitness where club memberships thrive and secondly restaurants, clothing) management is a plus

- A plus is holding a cosmetologist, aesthetician or, massage license.
