CGS Global is Hiring a Warehouse Laborer Near San Diego, CA
Manufacturing Warehouse Operator:
Manufacturing company is looking for a full-time individual who is experienced in manufacturing, warehouse, and assembling. The successful candidate will inspect, load material, perform quality checks and monitor machine output. If you are a skilled Warehouse worker with 3 years' experience working for a manufacturing business, we encourage you to submit a resume for this position.
Responsibilities:
- · Shipping & Receiving of all materials and final projects.
- · Receive and inspect for accuracy of incoming & outgoing shipments.
- · Pack, label and assemble parts and palletize products.
- · Load and unload trucks
- · Standard shop upkeep/organization.
- · Perform basic math calculations.
- · Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations.
- · Minor errands to vendor locations for material pickups.
- · Utilize NC machine and other shop tools and equipment for manufacturing.
- · Perform proper set-up and calibration procedures for all equipment and accessories.
- · Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
Minimum Skill Requirements:
- · Experience in a warehouse or distribution center
- · Experience driving a forklift.
- · Experience with Hand Tools & light equipment.
- · Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- · Ability to use measure tape.
- · Must possess strong basic math skills.
- · Shop Etiquette
Secondary Desirables Skills:
- · Carpentry
- · Welding experience would be a plus.
Physical Requirements
- · Must have a reliable vehicle for transportation.
- · Able to lift 70 - 100 lbs
- · This position includes working while standing for long periods of time, up to 8 hours per day.
- MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUG SCREENING BEFORE ONBOARDING.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday
Occasional weekends
Job type: Full Time
Salary: $20 - $23 depending on experience
