CGI is Hiring a Business Analyst Near Cary, NC
CGI is seeking a Business Analyst to work with a large financial client in located Cary, NC. The candidate must have experience with processes used to create and implement plans necessary for identifying a company's needs, delivering the best results, and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the team. Looking for solid Business and Data Analysis experience and understanding of Banking domain with expertise in Payments.
This position will be performed in Cary, NC in a hybrid model.
Your future duties and responsibilities
- Defining business requirements in consensus with the business stakeholders.
- Identifying and interviewing various stakeholders for a given business problem to understand business needs.
- Explain domain concepts to Development Teams.
- Create Functional requirement document / User stories based on the client requirement.
- At least 6 years of combined experience in Business and Data Analysis.
- 3-4 years of experience in Banking domain specifically with expertise in Payments (SEPA, SWIFT and ISO 20022 etc.,).
- Experience in writing SQL queries with various type of joins for data validation.
- Excellent team player who can functionally mentor/guide /assist/motivate team members and produce best team result.
- Should have very good communication skills/interpersonal skills.
- Good to have experience on Data center project /data analysis.

- Education requirement: bachelor's degree in computer science or related filed.
CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skills level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate for this type of position of the current range of $60,300 - $133,500.
