We are hiring temporary Bilingual Warehouse Associates in Miami. Someone successful in this role will have previous warehouse experience and open shift availability. This is in the produce industry, being able to work in a cold environment required. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage tasks and activities effectively to ensure timely completion of orders and meet deadlines consistently.
• Order Picker, palletizing, and labelling.
• Processing incoming orders.
• Packing and re-packing.
• Assist in training new warehouse associates when needed.
• Quality control.
• Report discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Comply with established procedures and safety rules and regulations.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve efficient workflow, resolve issues, and meet daily targets.

Qualifications: 

• Proven working experience as a warehouse worker.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certification a plus.
• Independent and agile.
• Fast learner.
• Display integrity. 
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Able to work in a cold environment.
• Flexibility to work in various shifts, including weekends and overtime if needed.

Pay depending on shift- $13 or $13.50 an hour.
