Bi-Lingual Customer Care Rep

Woodbury, NY

In office during training then Hybrid (Training is 4-6 months)

Hours: 830-330, 9-5, or 930-530

$40K base commission (Opportunity to have an all-in of $70K )

Basic Function:

The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the customer delivery experience.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with and respond to inquiries of customers, agents, associates, factories, and financial institutions. Treat all with professionalism and courtesy. Customer satisfaction and the “Corporate Mission” are paramount.
  • Update/comment tasks for each customer assigned.
  • Maintain follow-up procedure/control reports to ensure timely action/response.
  • Review overdue stock holds, discuss with agent, and release vehicles timely.
  • Provide solutions on cancellation requests
  • Contact customer via email 30 days prior to delivery date/preferred delivery date
  • Contact customer via email 21 days prior to delivery date/preferred delivery date
  • Contact customer via a phone call once customer is back stateside
  • Coordinate delivery with dealer and customer.
  • Collect missing documents before delivery
  • Ensure Tax, Title, and Registration issues are identified prior to customer arrival.
  • Manages Late Delivery Issues.
  • Manages customers complaints
  • Follows up to make sure payment in full is in house
  • Books deal.
  • Contact customer via phone 2 days after delivery for feedback/Survey request.
  • Ensures each assigned customer has an open task until 7 days after delivery to review order for close out.
  • Meet Monthly and Quarterly delivery quotas
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Team player; good interpersonal skills and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized, accurate, dedicated, and reliable.
  • Ability to operate in high-stress deadline-oriented conditions.
  • Courteous and Friendly to Customers and Dealers.

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
  • Measurements include:

-responsiveness to customers and ability to resolve issues

-ability to work cooperatively in a team environment

Level of Authority:

  • Empowered to take appropriate action to ensure orders lead to deliveries and ultimate customer satisfaction

Required Experience and Education:

  • The successful candidate should have 1-2 years of related business experience, preferably in an administrative or customer service capacity. College degree would be a plus.
