Qualifications
- Proficiency in English for effective communication with customers

- Ability to maintain phone etiquette while handling customer calls
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with a diverse customer base
- Fluency in Spanish would be a plus for assisting Spanish-speaking customers
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
