CG SONG LAW FIRM is Hiring an Associate Attorney Near Englewood, NJ

Are you an experienced legal professional with a passion for precision and attention to detail? We're seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team at our Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey location. If you're skilled in legal drafting and paperwork, possess a background in law clerk activities, criminal and civil law, and are a licensed member of the New Jersey Bar, we want to hear from you!

Position: Associate Attorney Location: Englewood, NJ (In-Person Work)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and edit legal documents, contracts, and agreements with meticulous accuracy.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparations and strategies.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to assist in case management and trial preparation.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to the New Jersey Bar and in good standing.
  • Proven experience as a law clerk or in a similar legal support role.
  • Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
