Long term Temp Controller-Broomall, PA (On-site with some flex)

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Oversee the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial data
- Manage accounts receivable and collections processes
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure proper documentation of transactions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements
- Develop and implement effective financial controls to mitigate risk
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits
- Provide guidance and support to the finance team

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis techniques and principles
- Proficiency in financial report writing and presentation skills
- Experience with balance sheet reconciliation and accounts receivable management
- Knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements (SOX compliance)
- Familiarity with governmental accounting practices is a plus
- Excellent understanding of debits, credits, and general ledger entries

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour
