Celebration Restaurant Group is hiring a HR/Training Program Manager. This role will assist in the development of internal curriculum along with facilitate teaching classes to restaurant teams in a classroom setting in addition to supporting staffing & culture initiatives. The objective of the job is, through provision of these many levels of support, to ensure that CRG provides innovative and effective personal and professional development classes to all Celebration Restaurant employees.
Duties Include but not limited to:
Ideal Candidate will have:

• Strong organization and time-management skills to prioritize, perform and delegate tasks and set goals
• Creative problem-solving skills to invent new ways to accommodate the learning needs of contemporary learners
• Effective communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills to inspire an engage learners
• Good research skills to perform develop all levels of training/skill-based trainings and provide reliable and relevant content for the learner
• Excellent computer skills, High competency utilizing Microsoft Office and Adobe
• General knowledge of curriculum development and modern technology to develop/support training modules
• High empathy skills and understanding of effective teaching methodologies and the willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in teaching
• Ability to collaborate with a team
• Works closely with Director of Training, Restaurant Training Leaders, Staffing Leader and Executive Team
• Excellent presentation skills and comfortable presenting in front of large and small groups
• Help facilitate, maintain, and oversee content development
• General knowledge of copyright violations
• Local travel required

Required Qualifications • An undergraduate degree preferred • Experience using strong written and oral communications skill. • Experience with detail oriented, deadline-driven work. • Experience in working proficiently with all MS Office programs. • Experience in an educational setting. • Experience in a quick service restaurant/ restaurant industry
