Overview:
We are looking to add a warehouse associate who can handle shipping and handling logistics in our Vancouver, WA warehouse location. Forklift experience required. Opportunity to be trained further to work as an operations associate after 12 months. This role will be full time 9AM-4PM with unpaid 1 hour lunch, 35 hours per week. Eligible for health care, dental, and vision benefits based on performance after 9 months minimum.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks with incoming and outgoing materials.
- Perform daily equipment checks and routine maintenance on the forklift.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and orders.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
- Must be able to lift and move boxes up to 65 pounds.
- Process returns and follow procedures accurately and precisely.
- Assist with tradeshow set up.

Experience:
- Prior experience in operating forklifts, including cherry pickers, pallet jacks, hi-lo, etc.
- Proficiency in order picking, loading, unloading, and heavy lifting.
- Mechanical knowledge to perform basic equipment maintenance.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
