[Job Summary]
Our company is searching for a motivated and experienced customer service representative/specialist to support our customer service department. Your goal will be to provide outstanding customer service to our clients by developing effective customer service procedures, helping to implement customer loyalty programs, and based on customer satisfaction goals.
To qualify for the role, the ideal candidate will have proven experience working in a customer service position, with industry experience such as dispatch, repair service arrangement and communication skills with delivery company agents, excellent knowledge of the latest industry trends and techniques.
In addition to being an excellent communicator (written and verbal) for in-bound and out-bound calls, you will also demonstrate strong ownership and interpersonal & customer service skills

A Customer Service Representative/Specialist is responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of customers at all times.
Here are the duties and responsibilities:

Company's Guest Experience Representative/Specialists greet all guests with a warm welcome and are dedicated to providing an unforgettable in-store experience. Specialists inform guests about this client's unique and remarkable products.
1. Promote and sell membership along with beauty/wellness product
2. Develop sales strategy to increase the membership sales
3. Develop and achieve membership sales goals to increase the store foot traffic
4. Guests are encouraged to experience our therapeutic, thermal massage beds and massage chairs.
5. Guest Experience Specialists should develop a deep knowledge and understanding of products and brand image.
6. Discover each customer’s unique wellness needs and lead them through a selection of products that will deliver a “well life.”
7. Develop and maintain positive relationships with consumers and teammates.
8. Actively deliver product value by building relationships with customers. 
9. Inform guests on how to effectively use devices proactively. Effectively communicate product features and benefits, as well as promotional information.
10. Provide timely, relevant follow-up to guests' inquiries/interests. Welcome guests to return; encourage guests to start their wellness journey as soon as possible through the use of products.
11. Daily upkeep of the store cleanliness and presentation standards including, sanitizing products after guest use, and morning and nightly maintenance duties according to the company’s daily duty list. Staying current on the latest industry trends and techniques
12. Admin duties required in the store.
13. Other duties assigned by management as needed.
[Qualifications]
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college
  • Proficient with MS office suite (Word, Powerpoint & Excel)
  • Working experience in selling membership (beauty/wellness/health).
  • Very well organized
  • Good follow-up and follow through
  • Strong communication skills
  • Competitive Salary DOE Commissions.
