SWITCH HOUSE AT THE BATTERY – NOW HIRING IN FISHTOWN
We are looking to add to our growing front of house team at Philadelphia’s premier wedding & event brand!
Switch House at the Battery by Cescaphe is Philadelphia’s newest, unique and most sought after wedding venue.
Housed in a former power plant on the Delaware River in vibrant Fishtown, Switch House is the definition of urban elegance. Composed of entirely indoor space, our front line hospitality team are responsible for creating a sophisticated and extraordinary atmosphere for clients & guests.
Weekend availability is a must. Cescaphe is willing to train the right candidates, providing a path for advancement within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Event Support’s primary objective is to assist servers by providing continuous support for their serving needs. Specifically, clearing plates, silverware, glassware, etc. from tables, cocktail areas, outside areas, etc.
- Event Support sets up service areas, maintains them, and breaks them down.
- Event Support assists servers in delivering food, refilling water glasses, and overall table maintenance.
- Event Support performs ongoing support and any duties necessary to ensure the quality of service. Each team member is expected to assist when and where necessary during an event to ensure flawless execution.
- The Event Support will be expected to perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
