Cesar Chavez Foundation is Hiring a Fire Prevention Worker-Temp Near Keene, CA

This is a temporary position.

Summary

Responsible for fire prevention of assigned properties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

Cut grass and trims weeds, bushes, trees etc.
Digs flower beds and plants flowers
Waters plants and trees
Cleans external areas of buildings, including blowing debris from parking lot, washing down buildings and windows
Cleans internal areas of buildings
Empties trash cans and consolidates trash for weekly pickup
Maintains the alterations to, or maintenance, upkeep, or reconditioning of property as appropriate
Paints interior and exterior walls and trim
Responds to emergency calls and situations as required
Repairs parking lot and sidewalks with asphalt, cold patching materials, and concrete
Repairs or replaces building brick, stone, and concrete
Maintains and repairs wood parts of buildings
